Your order is only accepted once Maysar has confirmed it. We must have received and processed your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Maysar may not be able to honor a cancellation request once your order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided during checkout.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in accordance with our refund policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we have handed the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

All other names, logos, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans within the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may have access to tools provided by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or have any influence over these tools.

Maysar uses Shopify to provide you with the Services. However, all sales and purchases you make in our online store are conducted directly with Maysar. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any sales-related aspect between you and Maysar, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may arise from or relate to your purchases and transactions with Maysar.

We will notify you of any claim giving rise to indemnification, provided that failure to provide timely notice does not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced thereby.
